Returns / Problems with Orders
Effective 6/12/2019, due to frequent misuse of our return policy, we no longer accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we have sent you the wrong item.
We have no control over the weapon, its condition, the blank adapting setup, maintenance, or any other factors affecting the use of our rounds. Additionally, we cannot determine which caliber you intended to order. As a result, we cannot accept returns of blanks.
All refused and returned packages will be refunded minus UPS shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
We are committed to ensuring our products meet your needs and will make every effort to assist you with any issues you encounter. If a problem arises, we will work diligently to resolve it.
