308 / 7.62 NATO

Plastic case German military surplus. Sound/flash is moderate - at the trade off of cost.

We use these heavily in our full auto 1919s, Mg3 and full auto Mg42 converted to 7.62.
The plastic cases are not a problem and do not melt if you use the weapon properly.  We can get through 3K rounds a day without that happening so you can too. If you melt the cases then it is operator error or most likely you are incredibly over gassing the weapon or mis-reading the problem. (Usually the later)
These really just do not have the power needed to work in most semi-auto Mg42s and Mg34s. You can do it but it is a royal pain and generally not worth the time and effort.
Full auto Mg3 and Mg42 - The trick is to have 100% of the feed system and bolt with 7.62 parts.  By 100% we mean 100%. The ejector, extractor, springs, EVERYTHING

In the 1919 the trick is to be sure your T-Slot is in extremely good condition. Rims are just below minimum spec and will wobble and jam if this part is not in immaculate condition.

This blank is sometimes used in Springfield rifles to launch grenade sims about 75+ yards.  The cases will squeeze into the chamber well enough to actually work

These are surplus rounds and are as-is.  They are cheap for a reason.

Pricing shows up a bit odd on this one so it breaks down as follows.

100 COUNT BOX  ($8.99)
2 BOXES OF 50 FOR 100 BLANKS

1000 COUNT CASE  ($84.95)
2 loaves of 500

Semi auto 1919 will be all over the place due to the varying builds.  Generally in the .120 - .140 range. It will depend on your set up. We've seen how some of you do this
and frankly it is embarrassing.
