Due to a rash of people trying to scam us for free rounds due to "problems" - 9 months after their initial order - and want replacement rounds shipped to them by that weekend - We are forced to start a new policy.
You have 30 days to inspect the order and contact us if there is any problem.
As always, it is the few who ruin this for everyone. There will be no exceptions to this.
Resolution will be at our discretion, but we will make all attempts within reason to make things right with the order.
If you contact us 6 months after you order to tell me that we shorted you 49 rounds out of your 50 round order, your message will be deleted without reply.
If you have the need to return something for any reason, you must contact Robb first. Failure to get approval from Robb = free rounds for us to resell.
