The most important is travel time. It takes 5 days for an order to travel by UPS from Ohio to the West coast. This means if I ship on Monday, you will not get it until that Friday. Also, plase remember that by snail mail, your order will take 5-7 days to get here.
To be safe, always order no earlier than 2 weeks before an event. A "heads up" e-mail also never hurts.
At this time we are only taking personal checks (held 7 days) or money orders (Usually shipped within 24-48 hours, sometimes the same day.)
I will again work on credit card orders this summer. This will speed things up for you and help you get your rounds more quickly. It will be placed on the front page when this begins.
