Our Policies

Purchasing Blanks

We have added on-line shopping to make your purchases with us much easier. Shop on our on-line catalog and add any items to wish to purchase to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, check out and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete your order. We only accept credit card payments for internet orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. \

We do not accept PAY PAL or wire transfers.

By purchasing from Atlantic Wall Blanks on-line, by mail or over the phone, you affirm that you:
  • Are a U.S. or Canadian citizen.
  • Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
  • Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been legally committed to a mental institution.
  • Are not a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
  • Have not renounced your U.S. citizenship.
  • Have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • Are not currently subject to a restraining order barring you from harassing stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.

Warning and disclaimer: Understand that firing blanks is part of a dangerous hobby and can often break many rules of firearm safety. Atlantic Wall Blanks, its employees and Mgmt. assumes or accepts no responsibility for individuals or groups that injure themselves or others while using blanks. The modification of blank adapting, end use and condition of the weapon(s) used is unknown to us and therefore out of our control. Atlantic Wall Blanks accepts no liability for damage to property or firearms that may result.

Orders by mail: With payment by Check or Money order (Canadian Money orders accepted in USD only). Simply fill out the order online and check the Money order box and the order will be ready for shipment once the check has cleared.

Allow 7 days for mail delivery and 10 business days to clear. Mailed orders without prior notification can take up to 2 weeks before shipment though they will usually ship much sooner.  (We only check the P.O. box once a week, usually on Wednesdays.) 


We retain the right to refuse a sale to anyone at any time.  This includes canceling an existing sale or refusing the sale at any point.


We can not ship to N.Y. City, Oakland California, Aurora Il. or Washington D.C. except in the case of valid proof that the order is for a theater dept, gun shop, FFL, Police or other law enforcement at the time of the original order. All others will be refused without notice.
We also can not ship to P.O. boxes or APO boxes -  as all orders ship via UPS ground delivery.  
Military orders can be shipped via UPS with proper address. 
In the case of orders placed on line with P.O. boxes listed as the shipping address we will e-mail once.  If there is no reply within one week the order will be canceled without notice.

Credit Card Chargebacks:
Any customer who fails to contact us before filing a chargeback dispute with their credit card company will be banned permanently. If your order has a problem or fails to arrive, we will gladly try to resolve the problem - but we have to be aware of it in order to do so!  Do not start a chargeback if we owe you a credit or refund.  We will take care of it on our end.

Discrete shipping is available if the order is a gift or being shipped to a business. Please notify us if this is needed.

The following state blank cartridge regulations are provided for your convenience to use as a reference.  It is your responsibility to comply and verify that you are abiding by the current regulations of your state, local and federal laws.  Atlantic Wall Blanks is not responsible for updating the following list to reflect changes in the law and is not stating that the regulations are current or correct.


Alabama

·         Fireworks restrictions do not apply to the:

o   sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation,

o   nor as applying to the military or naval forces of the United States, or of this state or to peace officers,

o   nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical or athletic events.

 

Arkansas 

·         Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as applying to the: 

o   Manufacture, storage, sale, or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation or of illuminating devices for photographic use;

o   Military or naval forces of the United States or of this state or to peace officers;

o   Sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events; or

o   Transportation, sale, or use of permissible fireworks as defined in § 20-22-708 or special fireworks as defined in § 20-22-701 solely for agricultural or industrial purposes, provided that the purchaser first secures a written permit to purchase and use the fireworks for agricultural or industrial purposes from the Director of the Department of Arkansas State Police.

 

Colorado 

·         Nothing in this article shall prevent or regulate:  . . . 

o   The sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or for use by military organizations;

o   The sale, purchase, possession, or use of fireworks distributed by the division of parks and wildlife for agricultural purposes under conditions approved by the division . . . .

 

Connecticut 

·         Nothing in sections 29-356 to 29-366, inclusive, shall be construed to . . .

o   prohibit the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical or athletic events or for training dogs,

o   or the use of fireworks solely for agricultural purposes under conditions approved by the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection or the local fire marshal.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Delaware 

·         Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the importation, sale, purchase or use of fireworks used or to be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of frightening birds from crops and such importation, sale, purchase or use shall be governed by rules and regulations to be prescribed by the Board of Agriculture.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

Florida 

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit . . .

o   the sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports,

o   or for use by military organizations, or organizations composed of the Armed Forces of the United States;

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

Georgia

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the following: . . .

o   The sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater or for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletic or sports events

o   or for use by military or police organizations;

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Hawaii

·         The prohibitions in section 132D-5 do not apply to: . . .

o   The sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal, commercial, or institutional purposes in athletics or sports.

 

Idaho

·         The provisions of this chapter do not apply to and shall not prohibit:

o   The use of blank cartridges;

 

Illinois

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Indiana 

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit: . . . the sale or use of blank cartridges for:

o   a show or theater;  

o   signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports; or

o   use by military organizations;

 

Iowa

·         This section does not prohibit . . .  the sale or use of blank cartridges

o   for a show or the theater, or

o   for signal purposes in athletic sports or

o   by railroads or trucks, for signal purposes, or

o   by a recognized military organization.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 


 

Kentucky

·         Nothing in KRS 227.710 to 227.750 shall prevent the retail sale and use of . . .

o   shells or cartridges used as ammunition in firearms, or

o   blank cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports,

o   or for use by military organizations . . . .

 

Louisiana 

·         Nothing in this Part shall be construed as applying to

o   the manufacture, storage, sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation or of illuminating devices for photographic use,

o   nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events.

 

Maine

·         This chapter does not apply:  . . .

o   To the sale or use of blank cartridges for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports ;

o   To the sale of blank cartridges for use by the militia or any organization of war veterans or other organizations authorized by law to parade in public a color guard armed with firearms;

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

 

Massachusetts

·         this section shall not apply . . .

o   to the sale or use of blank cartridges for a duly licensed show or theatre or

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   to the sale of special blank cartridges and their use in the proper operation of industrial tools and equipment only, or . . .

o   to the sale of blank cartridges for the use of, or their use by, the militia or any organization of war veterans or other organizations authorized by law to parade in public, a color guard armed with firearms. . . .

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Michigan

·         Except as otherwise provided in this act, this act does not prohibit any of the following: The sale or use of blank cartridges for any of the following:

o   A show or play.

o   Signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports.  

o   Use by military organizations.

o   Use by law enforcement agencies.

 

Minnesota

·         Nothing in sections 624.20 to 624.25 shall be construed to prohibit . . . the possession, sale, or use of blank cartridges

o   for a show or theater, or

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations or

o   for use as a bird or animal repelling device.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Mississippi

·         Nothing in this article shall apply

o   to the manufacture, storage, sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation, or

o   to the military or naval forces of the United States or of this state, or to peace officers or

o   to the use of blank cartridge for ceremonial, theatrical or athletic events.

 

Missouri

·         Nothing in sections 320.106 to 320.161 shall be construed as applying

o   to the manufacture, storage, sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation or of illuminating devices for photographic use,

o   nor as applying to the military or naval forces of the United States, or of this state or to peace officers,

o   nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events,

o   nor as applying to the transportation, sale or use of fireworks solely for agricultural purposes, provided the items sold for agricultural purposes shall be limited to those items that are legal for retail sale and use within the state of Missouri.

 

Montana

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit

o   the sale of any kind of fireworks to a person holding a permit issued under 50-37-107 at the display covered by such permits, . . . or

o   the sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations or organizations composed of veterans of the United States armed forces.  

o   This chapter does not apply . . . to the military or naval forces of the United States or this state, to peace officers, or

o   to the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks” –


New Jersey

·         Nothing in this chapter contained shall be construed to . . .

o   prohibit any manufacturer, wholesaler, dealer or jobber from selling at wholesale such fireworks to municipalities, religious, fraternal or civic organizations, fair associations, amusement parks, or other organizations or groups of individuals authorized to possess and use fireworks under this chapter; . . . or

o   the sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal purposes in athletic sports, or

o    by railroads for signal purposes, or

o   for the use by the militia, or

o   construed to prohibit the manufacture and sale of aviation and railroad light flares.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

New York

·         . . . provided that none of the provisions of this section shall apply to . . .

o   the sale or use of blank cartridges for a show or theater, or

o   for signal purposes in athletic sports, or

o   for dog trials or dog training, or the use, or

o   the storage, transportation or sale for use of fireworks or dangerous fireworks in the preparation for or in connection with television broadcasts;

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

 

North Dakota

·         This chapter does not prohibit: . . .The sale or use of blank cartridges

o   for a show or theater,

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Ohio 

·         This chapter does not prohibit or apply to the following: The manufacture, sale, possession, transportation, storage, or use of blank cartridges in connection with

o   theaters or shows, or

o   in connection with athletics as signals or for ceremonial purposes;

 

Oregon

·         No person shall sell, keep or offer for sale, expose for sale, possess, use, explode or have exploded any fireworks within Oregon, except as follows:

o   Sale or use of blank cartridges for licensed shows or theaters or for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports;

o   Sale of blank cartridges for use by the militia or any organization of war veterans or other organization authorized by law to parade in public a color guard armed with firearms;

 

Pennsylvania

·         Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit . . . the sale or use of blank cartridges

o   for a show or theater, or

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations or organizations composed of veterans of the United States Army or Navy.

 

Rhode Island 

·         No person shall sell or offer to sell blank cartridges to any person under 21 years of age.   

 

South Dakota

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as . . . applying to

o   the military or navy forces of the United States or of this state, or to peace officers,

o   nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, or theatrical, or athletic events.


Tennessee 

·         Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as applying

o   to the manufacture, storage, sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other classes of public or private transportation or of illuminating devices for photographic use,

o   nor as applying to the military or naval forces of the United States, or of this state or to peace officers,

o   nor as prohibiting the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical, or athletic events,

o   nor as applying to the transportation, sale or use of fireworks solely for agricultural purposes; provided, that the purchaser first secures a written permit to purchase and use fireworks for agricultural purposes only from the state fire marshal, after approval of the county agricultural agent of the county in which the fireworks are to be used, and the fireworks must at all times be kept in possession of the farmer to whom the permit is issued.

 

Texas

·         This chapter does not apply to: . . .

o   a propelling or expelling charge consisting of a mixture of sulfur, charcoal, and potassium nitrate;                                                                                                                                                                          

·         the sale of blank cartridges for:

o   use in a radio, television, film, or theater production;

o     a signal or ceremonial purpose in an athletic event; or

o    an industrial purpose; or

·         the use of a pyrotechnic device by a military organization.

 

Vermont 

·         Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit: . . . the sale or use of blank cartridges

o    for a show or theater,

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations;

o   the use of explosives for blasting or similar purposes;

o   the use of fireworks by farmers to control birds in crops.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks” –

 

Washington (Fireworks regulations not applicable to blank cartridges)

·         These rules (WAC 212-17) apply to fireworks manufacture, storage, transportation, sale, importation, possession, classification, and discharge of fireworks of every class or kind in this state.

o   EXCEPTIONS: These rules do not apply to . . . Firearms and ammunition, including blank cartridges and pistols of the type used at sporting events or theatrical productions;

 

West Virginia

·         Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit . . .  the sale or use of blank cartridges

o   for a show or theater, or

o   for signal or ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or

o   for use by military organizations, or the use of fireworks for agricultural purposes under conditions approved by the local authority.

·         “blank cartridges” are “fireworks”

 

Wyoming

·         This act shall not be construed to prohibit: . . . Any person from offering for sale, exposing for sale, selling, using, or exploding blank cartridges

o   for theatrical or ceremonial purposes or

o   in organized athletic or sporting events.
